It is supported by variuos machines and equipments required in industries for manufacture and quality control of various dosage forms

Principles and practice of synthesis and quality control of drugs are covered in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. It is supported by an Instrument room, a balance room and stores. Some sophisticated research level instruments are also available.

Principles & Practice of recording and studying haematological contents and study of systems and sense organs. Also, experiments related to effect of various drugs on different body parts are studied using computer based software.

Crude Drugs obtained from natural sources viz. plants, animals,minerals are studied here for their identification, determining their quality, purity, adulteration and methods for isolation of active chemical compounds. For this, the laboratory has sufficient samples of crude drugs, museum, coloured film strips, coloured pictures, charts, models, slides, etc.

All Biochemical investigations related to blood and urine are carried out and Pathological investigations for sputum and stools are also carried out. The Hospital pharmacy deals with pharmacy operations in the hospital. It serves as a drug information and poison information center. Consulting and advising the physician on drug uses, drug incompatibilities, interactions and contraindications are the important areas of it.

The institute's library boasts of one of the richest collections of pharmacy books and literatures (around 399 Titles and 2251 Volumes). We also have an impressive collection of national and international journals and magazines to keep students' knowledge updated.

The Computer is utilised as modern technological updates & experiments in Pharmacology & Toxicology and Hospital & Clinical Pharmacy. Facility is equiped with Internet (LAN/WAN).

Various Pharmaceutical machines are installed in the machine room for better understanding of Pharmaceutical manufacturing technology.

AICTE sponsored instruments (under modrob project) like UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, stability testing chamber & digital electromic balance, etc, are used by the students for performing the experiments.

The institute also has medicinial garden with numerous & variety of common medicinal plants.
